This spacious apartment is situated in Tembo Banus in central Puerto Banus and is located next door to the famous El Corte Englais department store. Bars, restaurants and shopping are all on your door step so car hire is not essential. The beautiful beaches of Puerto Banus with their exclusive beach bars are also just a few minutes walk. The apartment is well located for those wishing to take advantage of all that  Puerto Banus has to offer. The lounge is very modern and well equipped with a flat screen TV, it also has plenty of seating. From the lounge you will have access to the terrace which has seating and dining for up to 6. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Furthermore the bedrooms are of a good size and the master bedroom has an en suite. The building has underground parking which is separately owned. We are, however, able to provide parking here at a reduced price of 60 Euros extra per week.

 

Location

This secure and modern apartment is located right in the heart of Puerto Banus, next to the El Corte Ingles/Hipercor shopping centre and overlooks the large central square. It is perfectly located for all the Bars, Restaurants and night life in the square, as well as the cafes and restaurants etc on the Marina itself .

 

NOTE -Prices based on 4 people - addittional single pull out bed available in living room ,sofa can also be used as single bed - add 100 euro per person per week , max 6 people.

 

Accommodation Details

Living Room: Lounge with seating for 6. DVD player, CD/radio, flat screen TV- Spanish only.
 
Dining Room :Dining area with seating for 6, Extra dining area outside.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven/hob-4, Toaster, Kettle etc.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has super king-size with en-suite; Bedroom two has two single beds. (A pullout single bed, which is located in the lounge, can be used to sleep a fifth person. The sofa can also be made up as a single bed. Each additional person over four in the apartment costs an additional 100 Euros per week)


Bathrooms: Bathroom one has a Bath with shower, toilet and bidet, Bathroom two is equipped Bath with shower, toilet and bidet

 

General: Iron & ironing board ,  Towels provided ,  Linen provided , Weekly bed, towel change and mini clean included , Extra maid service possible for 15 Euros per hour.
 

Outside:  Balcony, Dining area with seating for: 6 people, well kept communal garden and pool.

 

Suitability:Pets considered, Smoking is permitted, Children welcome, Sorry, this property is not suitable for Wheelchair/disabled access, would suit families
