This  apartment is on a  well established urbanisation of Torre Real  just 500 metres from the nearest beach The urbanisation benefits from very large  well kept gardens with many tropical palms and lots of varieties of  flowers and shrubs.

This ground floor apartment has a  terrace  which leads directly onto the gardens with views down to the sea . The complex benefits from two swimming pools, one very large pool approx 38mts x 8mts at its narrowest point.The smaller pool is heated during the winter months and two tennis courts plus two further paddle tennis courts are available for your use. There is also a purpose built barbeque house  with kitchenette which  can be booked for your sole use.

The nearest beach  can be accessed by foot within 10 minutes by crossing the main road via the foot bridge ,once at the beach front a further 7 minutes walk to the west  will bring you to Funny beach with an array of water sports ,go cart track  refreshments etc. The popular Nikki beach Club in Elviria is 7km .

The apartment is fairly standard throughout with full air conditioning and has all amenities that you may require. The huge  loungei has three different  seating areas plus a dining table for six people. There are three bedrooms, one has one single and a double bed, and there is a king-size in the master bedroom plus two singles in the third room. The two bathrooms both have bath with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Location
The apartment is located in Torre Real which is just 4 KM  from Marbella town ,  the beach is a short walk from the apartment. There is ample space for the children to play in the gardens with tennis and swimming facilities. Please note: It is necessary to book the tennis courts and BBQ area when you arrive.

When sitting directly outside the apartment it is possible to hear some road noise but not much. There is no noise in the apartment or in the main gardens.

A car is reccomended when staying at this location to ensure easy access to shops,bars and restaurants.
