This luxury apartment is situated in La Mairena, a beautifully maintained small complex with landscaped gardens,within minutes of the El Soto tennis and golf club (free golf is available at the wonderful El Soto 9 hole golf course). La Cala golf with its three 18 hole courses is also nearby.It is a stunning apartment with fabulous views and has the sun all day. It is situated in the hills of Marbella overlooking the fabulous protected Bisophere of cork trees.

The views of the coast are spectacular and make for a memorable setting whilst eating on the terrace. It really is equipped with everything you need for yourself and your family - plasma Sky TV, Play station, DVD, CD player and Ipod dock.

There is air-conditioning throughout and a rear garden with gas BBQ. The apartment overlooks the pool and terrace area and the gardens are well maintained.The apartment was furnished by an interior designer and within walking distance is a gym, jacuzzi and club house.

 There are two pools - including a paddling pool for children. There is a Weber gas BBQ for your use along with a 6 seater dining area on the terrace - which is surrounded by flowers and is not overlooked.

Tennis rackets are provided for use at the nearby tennis club (few minutes walk)which also boasts a lovely clubhouse with jacuzzi, gym,sauna,steam room ,pitch and put and kids play area. The clubhouse caters for everything from breakfast to Sunday lunch.There is a beautiful bar and restaraunt overlooking the course.

There are several world reknown hotels nearby such as Don Carlos, Los Monteros and the famous Marbella Beach Club. This area experiences very few days of rain and some of the best all year round temperatures.

The nearest beach is at Elviria where Nikki Beach Marbella is situated 6km away or a 7 minute drive. The Don Carlos also have great facilities on the beach with an enormous pool on the beach. There are fantastic beaches at Cabopino with full facilities. The area has seen the emergence of several beach clubs such as Nikki Beach, The Ocean Club, La Cabanne and Bono Beach and they are all within a 10-15 minute drive.

El Soto - 9 hole a short walk away. La Cala Golf Resort is a 5 minute drive - this boasts three 28 hole courses in fantastic surroundings. Santa Maria golf is also a few minutes drive away. As the area experiences the best all year round temperatures in Spain this makes for a real Winter holiday destination.

Kitchen:   Fully fitted luxury kitchen with hob,oven,fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Coffee machine, toaster. Seating area with bar stools.

Utility Room:  Washing machine and tumble dryer. Iron, ironing board. Sliding doors to rear terrace area with patio furniture.

Living Rooms:  Large 'designer' lounge area with hand made rug, coffee table and plasma sky TV, CD player, play station. Ipod dock. Large sofa and dining table for 4 people. Selection of books, games, CDs, play station games and DVDs. Expensively appointed.

Other:  Large outdoor terrace with 6 seater dining table and 3 matching sun loungers. Gas BBQ and beautiful lanterns for evening dining overlooking the floodlit pool and to the sea and mountains. There is also a large private landscaped garden area.

Cleaning/towels,linen: Towels and linen all included with a weekly change. A welcome pack is provided free of charge to include milk, juice, bread etc.
