With a car, you can drive to Puerto Banus in five minutes, and Marbella town in ten minutes. Malaga City and airport is around 40 minutes away by car.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a block of only five properties, with full views over one of the pools, and the gardens, although the planting on the balcony itself, makes the balcony private in relation to other apartments.
Secure underground parking for two cars is available, or alternatively, on street parking just outside the development gates is possible.An elevator is situated within the block.
The apartment is approx 170 m2 inside, with a further 46 m2 of balcony, giving a very spacious internal living area. There are two bedrooms both with private bathrooms and private dressing areas. Each bedroom contains two large single beds, and there are also two spare single beds which can be erected and positioned in bedrooms or living room for small children Strictly maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 small children acommodated on addittional beds.
Both bathrooms offer very large bath, shower, two basins and w.c. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, and bedroom 2 looks onto the road leading to the beach. The entrance hallway includes a guest washroom, and a storeroom. A significant living room with fireplace and dining area forms the focal point of the apartment, and opens onto the balcony. The large kitchen, with separate utility room also opens onto the living room for easy access. The balcony consists of two areas, one covered by a timber roof, with soft furniture and lighting, acting as an outdoor lounge, and the other completely open for sunbathing. Both overlook the gardens and pool directly below.
