Kitchen: Spacious main kitchen on the middle floor with hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, table to seat 10. The bottom floor kitchen includes a hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and there is a kitchenette on the top floor.

Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, clothes horse, iron & board.

Living Rooms: Living room on the middle floor has 3 sofas, easy chair dining table, 6 chairs, log fireplace. Satellite TV with Sky Plus, portable CD. The family room on the bottom floor has much the same, with video and DVD, and the top floor has a sitting area too.

Other: The villa has 3 floors, and the main entrance is on the middle floor, with a cloak room off a grand hall. This is elegantly furnished and is in keeping with the rest of the villa and has an antique coffer, chairs and writing desk.The grounds to the villa are secured with an electronic gate. Once inside, there are numerous patios, terraces and a logia, and these are well furnished, with a main table on the bottom floor that seats 12-14 and a table on the middle floor terrace that seats 10. There is also a BBQ area, rocking chairs, umbrellas, sun beds (8) and the pool is 8x4 metres and is normally set to heat the water at between 26-30 degrees centigrade.
