The villa boasts 5 bedrooms in total each having its own uninterrupted sea view. There is a generous sized sun lounge deck surrounding the pool area with sun loungers. Elviria boasts some of the best beaches on the coast and the world renowned Nikki Beach and Marriott Beach resort are within a 5 mins drive away. You are just minutes drive to the commercial shopping area of Elviria where you will find bars, restaurants, banks, hair dressers, dry cleaners and supermarkets. There are several golf courses in the area and the historic old town of Marbella is just 15 mins away and Puerto Banus a further 10 mins from the old town.
The villa has its own separate entrance via electric gates with a drive way and ample parking. The large private swimming pool is not visible from any neighbours. There are lounge chairs for sunbathing and outdoor tables for alfresco dining. The property also has plenty of multi level gardens for adults to relax in and children to run around in. There is a washing line just outside for convenience. There is a beautiful terraced area just outside the kitchen with seating for up to 8 people.
There are a wide selection of restaurants and fabulous beach bars all along the coast. Elviria boasts some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol and it is within 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by car. It has many lovely restaurants and bars and is home to the famous 'Nikki Beach Club'.
