You can access the beach directly from a gate in the gardens. Marbella is under a ten minute drive and Malaga Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive. There are numerous golf courses just a few minutes drive away and the fabulous marina of Puerto Banus just 15 minutes drive.#
On entering the property, there is a fully-fitted kitchen and also a downstairs cloakroom. You walk through to a spacious lounge/dining room that leads out of the patio doors onto the terrace and private garden area.
