This lovely villa consists of 5 bedrooms in the main house and a separate 1 bedroom apartment and is situated in the sea front area of Paraiso Barronal and is just 300 mts from the beach where you will find a typical Spanish beach bars serving local fish and meats ( some closed outside summer season).There is a selection of shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars  within a ten to fifteen minute walk.
 
Puerto Banus with its designer shops and wonderful harbour area is just 15 minutes by car (10Km) and Estepona is 7km in the opposite direction. If you do not intend hiring a car, there is a bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged.
 
This modern, well presented and secure villa is accessed via electric gates and is in a quiet location but within easy access to all amenities making it a perfect location for large families. Outside you will find a well maintained garden - a large lawn area providing plenty of space for children to play in. The generous (heated) swimming pool measures 15 x 8 metres wide with a shallow end and then a maximum depth of 2.7 metres.  The Villa has a purpose built area for barbeques and outdoor dining . Inside all the rooms are very large and well presented with five of the 6 bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The huge master bedroom  has two luxury en-suite bathrooms - one for him and one for her - both having a spa bath and separate shower. Accessed from the master suite is a large terrace overlooking the gardens.  There is a further fully fitted one bedroom apartment with a double bed, ideal for a nanny or staff (this does not have air-conditioning). This villa is also good for the elderly as it is mainly on one level.
