Description
Villas Marbella - Country Villa with 5 seperate apartments, Selwo Park Estepona.
This villa is located in a tranquill location between Estepona ( 5km) and San Pedro (7km) about 2KM from the beach in the El Velerin area on the road towards Selwo Safari Park. There are two popular inexpensive restaurants about a five minute walk away. The villa is owned by a local riding school who are happy to provide horse riding sessions ( addittional charge applies).
This villa is ideally suited to large groups looking to visit the Costa del Sol on a budget. The villa is split up into five seperate apartments each with a double bed and en suite. Four of the five have their own kitchen and three have their own lounge area. Several of the apartments also provide local TV and the largest apartment offers a selection of English TV channels. The apartments all share a central courtyard with a large swimming pool with many sun loungers provided. To the side of the pool you have your own bar area, extra seating and an area for a barbeque. Next door to the villa is the horse riding stables. horse riding trecks on the beach or through the country can be arranged on request. Beginners to advanced riders are catered for.

Second Living Room: Lounge seating for eleven with a sofa bed, fireplace and TV.
Dining Room: Dining area with seating for 8, Fireplace, Extra dining area outside.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Oven/hob, Toaster, Kettle, Clothes line, Dining area for eight Etc.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom: Double bed with en-suite, Bedroom two: Double bed with en-suite, bedroom three: Double bed with en-suite, Bedroom four: Double bed with en-suite, Bedroom five: Double bed with en-suite. All beds are double and can sleep up to 10 people and extra 6 people can be catered for using a selection of sofa beds and addittional single beds.
